It is a kind of utility "all tools in one". Current features:
- Allows to track online status of selected Skype users. I.e. it notifyes when selected user goes online. Use right click on user name.
- Provides fast interface to Google tranlator. Use <Shift>-<F11> to translate text from clipboard. You must register to Google translation API service. I'm going to integrate it with Skype too.

The utility is grown from my immediate needs. I just want to acces all from one place. And I want it to be easy modifyable and extensible. It is beta version. I'm open for suggestions.
